AffPapa targets 1,800 attendees for Madrid 2027
- AffPapa Conference Madrid 2027 runs from 10 to 12 May in the Spanish capital.
- Organisers expect more than 1,800 affiliates, operators and B2B providers.
- The event marks the fourth edition of AffPapa’s conference series.
AffPapa will bring its flagship affiliate conference back to Madrid on 10-12 May 2027, with more than 1,800 affiliates, operators and B2B providers expected to attend.
The announcement follows the event’s first edition in the Spanish capital earlier this year.
Madrid becomes home
The 2027 event will be the fourth edition of the AffPapa Conference series. It began in Malaga in 2024 and returned to the same city for a second edition in 2025.
After those two years, AffPapa says growing attendance and rising demand led it to relocate the conference to Madrid in 2026. The organiser describes that first Madrid edition as a success.
With the 2027 dates now confirmed, AffPapa considers Madrid the established home of the conference. The company bills the event as its biggest affiliate-led conference, held over three days of networking, business meetings and industry discussion.
AffPapa has also released a full documentary of the 2026 Madrid edition. The film captures the highlights and atmosphere of the conference’s debut in the city.
Built around affiliates
The format keeps affiliates at the centre of the programme. AffPapa says the aim is to create direct connections between affiliates, operators and B2B providers from across the global iGaming industry.
Attendees can expect panel discussions, workshops and dedicated networking time. Speed-dating sessions, branded booths and side events are also planned, each designed to help professionals meet potential partners.
The AffPapa iGaming Awards will again form part of the conference experience. The ceremony brings the community together to recognise companies and individuals making an impact on the industry.
AffPapa says the 2027 edition will keep its focus on networking, practical industry discussions and direct business opportunities. Registration is open through the official conference website.
Levon Nikoghosyan, Founder and CEO, AffPapa, said:
“Bringing the conference back to Madrid was the right decision after seeing how strongly the community responded to our first edition here. For 2027, we want to take it further and go even bigger, while keeping the affiliate-led approach and the intimate setting that allows people to have genuine conversations and build real connections. As always, our goal is to make every part of the experience valuable for the people who come.”
Nikoghosyan’s comments point to a balancing act. AffPapa wants a larger event, but it also wants to protect the intimate format he says allows real relationships to form.
Beyond the conference
AffPapa operates an iGaming directory that connects affiliates with operators. The company says the platform currently lists more than 2,500 affiliates and over 300 operators.
Alongside the directory, AffPapa runs the AffPapa iGaming Awards, the AffPapa Conference and the iGaming Club series of networking events. The conference also has a Cancún edition scheduled for November.
Confirming dates seven months out gives sponsors and exhibitors an early window to plan budgets and meeting schedules. The harder test comes in May, when AffPapa must show that a bigger room can still produce the focused, partnership-driven conversations affiliates and operators attend for.
