Kaizen Gaming has acquired GameplAI, the AI-driven sports trading and analytics provider, the company announced on 10 March.
The deal will see GameplAI’s features integrated into Kaizen Gaming’s proprietary capabilities across sports trading, player markets and performance analytics for its Betano platform. The acquisition strengthens the operator’s commitment to investing in technology, data science and AI-driven solutions.
By integrating GameplAI’s technology and expertise into its sports and trading operations, Kaizen Gaming aims to accelerate automation, enhance risk management tools and amplify its sportsbook experience globally.
Technology and continuity
GameplAI will retain and continue to operate its B2B business, servicing existing and future external partners. The company’s founders and team will continue to play an active role, ensuring continuity and supporting the next phase of growth under Kaizen Gaming’s ownership.

Founders welcome partnership
GameplAI specialises in player markets, micro-betting and performance management solutions. The company works with operators globally to enhance trading automation and optimise sportsbook performance.

Tekkorp Capital acted as exclusive financial adviser to Kaizen Gaming on the transaction, with Wiggin LLP serving as the company’s legal adviser. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Kaizen Gaming operates the premium iGaming brand Betano in Europe, the Americas, and Africa. Recently, Betano added Ghana as its 20th regulated market and hosted a launch event with Ghana Gaming Commission officials to celebrate the occasion.
The company employs more than 3,000 people across the globe, and last year it appointed Vassilis Gavroglou as Chief Human Resources Officer.
The acquisition positions Kaizen Gaming to deepen its technological capabilities as AI-driven trading becomes increasingly critical across regulated sports betting markets.
