Aristocrat announces new executive appointments

Aristocrat Leisure has announced two significant executive appointments as the gaming technology company strengthens its leadership team to support global expansion and technological innovation.
Bob Serr has been appointed Chief Technology Officer, whilst Dafne Guisard joins as Chief Commercial Officer for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
Both executives will report directly to Aristocrat Group CEO and Managing Director Trevor Croker and will join the company’s Executive Steering Committee.

Bob Serr appointed CTO
Serr brings substantial expertise in artificial intelligence, emerging technologies and enterprise-scale innovation to his new role at Aristocrat. Based in the United States, he will oversee the company’s technology strategy as it integrates advanced capabilities across its gaming platforms.
His career includes senior leadership positions at some of the world’s leading technology companies. At Microsoft, he worked on Azure Communication Services and IC3, whilst at Amazon he contributed to the development of the Alexa Skills Kit. More recently, he held a senior role at Double Down Interactive, giving him direct experience within the gaming industry.
Dafne Guisard appointed CCO, EMEA
Guisard joins Aristocrat in a newly created role to lead the company’s growth and expansion across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Based in London, she has more than 20 years of senior leadership experience across commercial growth, operations and digital transformation in regulated, multi-country environments.
Most recently, she was Chief Operations Officer at Entain, where she worked on operating rigour and corporate strategy across multiple regulated markets. Prior to that, she was Chief Digital, Strategy and Operations Officer at The Kraft Heinz Company.
Both appointments are subject to standard regulatory approvals, which are routine requirements when senior executives join gaming companies operating in licensed jurisdictions worldwide.
