Tequity has announced the launch of its Crypto Trading Games range, introducing real-time data and modern trading mechanics to its Originals portfolio on 15 January 2026, with Trader as the first release.
Trader operates as a fast-paced game powered by live crypto prices. Players select an asset, choose direction, adjust risk levels and watch multipliers update in real time. The game supports up to 10 active bets simultaneously with configurable tick speed and cashout control features.
Full customisation capabilities
Built within the Tequity Originals framework, Trader offers complete brand customisation through the company’s modular Remote Game Server (RGS). Operators can customise logos, branding, colours, fonts, sounds and toggle between light or dark modes to align with their brand identity.
The game features a high ceiling with exposure configurable up to 1,000x leverage. This flexibility allows operators to adjust risk parameters according to their market positioning and regulatory requirements.
Tequity designed the interface to be simple for crypto traders, targeting repeat play and strong retention rates. The straightforward gameplay mechanics make the product suitable for showcasing across streams and social channels, expanding potential reach beyond traditional gaming platforms.
Strategic market positioning
Dominic Sawyer, VP of growth at Tequity, expressed excitement over the new launch:
“With Crypto Trading, we’re giving operators a fast, flexible product built on live data and complete brand ownership,” said Sawyer.
“Trader shows how powerful that combination can be, and by bridging the gap between traditional gaming and the high-energy world of crypto markets, we are helping our partners tap into a highly engaged, modern demographic. We’re excited to expand the series moving forward.”
Operators can integrate Crypto Trading Games either directly through Tequity or via an aggregator, providing flexibility in deployment options. The launch positions operators to engage with the casual crypto trader audience through a product built for contemporary player engagement.
Company infrastructure supports expansion
Tequity operates under the leadership of Krzysztof Opałka, former CTO, CPO and CIO at Yggdrasil. The company’s ecosystem powers more than 20 RGS clients and 100+ integrations across regulated markets.
The company’s client base includes studios such as Peter & Sons, Fantasma Games, Wicked Games and AvatarUX. Tequity connects to platforms including SOFTSWISS, Hub88 and Playtech, providing infrastructure for global market distribution.
Visitors to ICE Barcelona can view Trader in action at Stand 1A48 next week. The Crypto Trading Games launch marks the beginning of a broader series designed for operators seeking contemporary mechanics with real-time data integration.
