ICONIC21 to create 350 roles in Vilnius

• ICONIC21 is preparing to open a new studio and office in Vilnius, Lithuania, which the company says will create more than 350 jobs.

ICONIC21, a digital content provider operating in more than 150 countries and featured across over 15,000 brands, is preparing to open a new office and studio facility in Vilnius, Lithuania.

The company says the site will create more than 350 employment opportunities as it builds out its European operations.

Two-floor Vilnius base

The new location will span two full floors, combining studio facilities with office space across more than 1,400 square metres, according to ICONIC21. The company said the build will prioritise local talent, with a focus on career opportunities for young professionals and people looking to develop new skills.

Recruitment is already under way, with several roles currently open, including game presenter and studio technician positions. ICONIC21 said it is looking for motivated, energetic candidates, whether starting their career or moving into a new field, and that no prior experience is required for studio roles.

The expansion follows a run of product and platform updates from ICONIC21, including the recent launch of a centralised Client Area platform built with Orange Synapse, giving operator partners direct access to games, compliance and roadmap data.

Vilnius is set to become the company’s newest operational base outside its Romanian headquarters, adding a fourth country to its footprint alongside Malta, Cyprus and Romania.

New country manager

To give stakeholders a localised point of contact, ICONIC21 has appointed Rokas Benetis as Country Manager for Lithuania. Benetis has already assembled the operation’s core management team and is now overseeing preparations for the next phase of growth and recruitment.

ICONIC21 said Vilnius was chosen for its strong talent pool, established business ecosystem and growing reputation as a destination for international investment. The company expects the site to become a key operational hub as it deepens its presence across Europe.

Momentum across Europe

The Vilnius announcement lands amid a busy stretch for ICONIC21. In August alone, the supplier appointed Gary Francis as Director of Business Development, added the ranch-themed slot Wild Tornado Ranch to its games portfolio, and expanded its live dealer offering with a Miami-themed table built on its AI-powered blackjack format.

ICONIC21’s studio-building track record extends beyond Lithuania. Earlier in 2026, the company built a dedicated 18-table live casino studio for Stake, one of several bespoke, brand-specific projects the supplier has delivered for operator partners.

Lithuania’s broader gambling market has also been gaining ground, with the sector recording double-digit tax revenue growth in the first half of 2026 as online wagering expanded, according to a recent market report. That backdrop, combined with Vilnius’s talent pipeline, appears to have factored into ICONIC21’s decision to establish a physical base there.

Alongside the Lithuania build-out, ICONIC21 said it is also evaluating further opportunities at its Romanian headquarters and in other markets. Vilnius, on the company’s own account, is one part of a wider European expansion rather than a one-off expansion.
