ICONIC21 steps outside existing categories with Arrow Chase

ICONIC21 has launched Arrow Chase, a new instant game that abandons the round-based structure common to most iGaming formats in favour of a continuous, uninterrupted experience.
A new format
The game centres on an arrow that moves continuously across a grid of multiplier blocks. Players select which blocks they want to bet on before the arrow reaches them. The more blocks hit, the larger the payout, delivered instantly.
Unlike crash games, which operate in discrete episodes with a defined start and end, Arrow Chase runs without interruption. Players enter and exit the experience on their own terms, with no waiting for a new round to begin.
The format is also genuinely multiplayer. Every active player watches the same arrow move across the same grid at the same time, creating shared tension that ICONIC21 says standard solo RNG products cannot replicate.
Built from operator dialogue
ICONIC21 describes the game as a direct product of its ongoing conversations with operator partners about player behaviour and emerging demand. The studio says its proximity to the market informed both the format and the decision to prioritise ease of entry, with the game’s visual design intended to make the action immediately legible to new players.

The launch follows a period of consistent product activity from ICONIC21. The studio expanded its instant games vertical with Crash and Plinko in late 2025, and more recently launched Private Edition Blackjack, a single-player live table format, earlier this month.
What comes next
Arrow Chase does not map cleanly onto existing iGaming categories. ICONIC21 has not assigned it a genre label, and the industry has yet to settle on a name for the format.
For operators, the game offers a differentiated product in a vertical that remains in growth. Instant games have attracted increasing attention from both established suppliers and newer studios, with player appetite for formats outside the traditional slot and table game framework well documented. A continuous-play, real-time multiplayer title represents a meaningful point of differentiation in that space.
Distribution reach will be a key factor in Arrow Chase’s early trajectory. ICONIC21’s content is available across its Hub88 network deal and existing operator integrations, giving the title broad exposure at launch.
