Requirements: Cyprus-registered company, backup server physically located in Cyprus connected to NBA systems, .com.cy domain mandatory, strict AML/KYC compliance, real-time transaction monitoring.
Cyprus Gaming and Casino Supervision Commission (CCC) separately regulates land-based casinos, including Cyprus’s integrated casino resort in Limassol (minimum age 21; 18 for other gambling).
