Rohan Gallagher joins Light & Wonder as EVP global chief corporate affairs officer

• Light & Wonder has named Rohan Gallagher as Executive Vice President, Global Chief Corporate Affairs Officer in a newly created role based in Sydney
• Gallagher will oversee Investor Relations, Environmental, Social, and Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Global Communications functions
• The appointment comes as Light & Wonder prepares for its sole listing on the Australian Securities Exchange

Light & Wonder has appointed Rohan Gallagher as Executive Vice President, Global Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, the company announced on 25 September. The gaming company created this new role as it prepares to transition to a sole listing on the Australian Securities Exchange.

Gallagher will be based in Sydney and take responsibility for Investor Relations, Environmental, Social, and Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Global Communications functions. His appointment shows Light & Wonder’s strategic focus on the Australian market following its planned ASX listing.

The new corporate affairs chief brings extensive experience from the gaming sector and institutional finance. He joins from the Jarden Group, where he served as Managing Director within their Institutional Equities group, leading Sales, Research, and Corporate Broking functions. Gallagher was previously with Aristocrat as Head of Investor Relations & Treasury.
