  • Rush Street Interactive posted record second-quarter 2026 revenue of $393.8 million, up 46% year-on-year.
  • Adjusted EBITDA climbed 61% to a record $64.6 million, with online casino accounting for 72% of revenue.
  • The operator raised full-year 2026 guidance to $1.56bn–$1.6bn in revenue after its Alberta launch and a strong sports betting stretch during the World Cup.

Rush Street Interactive posted record second-quarter 2026 results, with revenue up 46% year-on-year to $393.8 million and net income at $29.3 million.

The Chicago-based operator, which runs the BetRivers, PlaySugarHouse and RushBet brands, pointed to online casino strength and sports betting activity during the World Cup as it raised full-year guidance for the second time this year.

An early-mover operator

RSI, founded in 2012, built its position by launching first-to-market sportsbooks in states including Illinois, Indiana and Colorado.

It now runs real-money operations in fifteen U.S. states, plus Colombia, Ontario, Alberta, Mexico and Peru, and was the first U.S.-based online casino and sports betting operator to receive RG Check accreditation from the Responsible Gaming Council.

That footprint, built around a casino-first strategy, is what shows up in this quarter’s numbers.

Casino carries the load

RSI reported that online casino accounted for 72% of revenue in the quarter. Monthly active users (MAUs) reached approximately 949,000, up 58% year-on-year.

North American MAUs rose 51% to around 296,000, driven by 64% growth in online casino markets. Average revenue per MAU in North America was $320. Latin American MAUs, which include Mexico, grew 62% to roughly 653,000, with an ARPMAU of $55.

Adjusted sales and marketing expense totaled $48.6 million, equivalent to 12.3% of revenue, a sign RSI is scaling users without a matching rise in acquisition costs, worth watching for operators fighting the same players on tighter margins.

Richard Schwartz, Chief Executive Officer of RSI, said:

“We delivered another record quarter, setting all-time highs once again for revenue and Adjusted EBITDA, driven by continued share gains in online casino and our sports betting markets benefiting from the World Cup.”

Alberta and World Cup

RSI’s BetRivers brand was among the operators that went live on Alberta’s opening day, as the province opened its regulated online gambling market on July 13, becoming the second Canadian jurisdiction after Ontario to admit private-sector operators. Schwartz said early trends there have been encouraging.

Sports betting activity also rose during the World Cup, hosted this year across the United States, Canada and Mexico. The tournament’s final alone drove record handle at several operators, with Caesars Sportsbook and BetMGM each citing their biggest soccer betting event on record.

Schwartz said:

“Our casino-first strategy continues to be the foundation of our business, with online casino representing 72% of our revenue this quarter.”

Guidance climbs again

RSI lifted its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $1.56 billion$1.6 billion, implying growth of 38% to 41%. Adjusted EBITDA guidance rose to $245 million$265 million, representing growth of 59% to 72%, marking the second upgrade this year after April’s first-quarter guidance.

The outlook assumes RSI continues operating only in jurisdictions live as of the announcement date, under existing tax structures, including Colombia’s temporary emergency 16% tax decree.

Revenue beat analyst estimates of $367.7 million, and shares rose 3.35% in after-hours trading to $31.80, within reach of RSI’s 52-week high.

Alberta is still weeks into a crowded field that includes FanDuel, DraftKings and BetMGM, and the World Cup tailwind won’t repeat next quarter. The next print will show whether RSI’s casino-first model keeps converting new markets at the same rate once those two boosts fade.
