Midnite has secured the official partnership for season XIII of the All-Weather Championships, marking another major sports sponsorship move for the UK betting operator. The agreement represents a step into horse racing sponsorship as the company continues its expansion across British sports markets.

Three-year partnership

The partnership officially kicks off on 21 October 2025, running for an initial three-year period with an option to extend for two additional years. Midnite’s branding will be prominently displayed across the four Arena Racing Company (ARC) owned racecourses that host the championships: Southwell, Wolverhampton, Lingfield Park, and Newcastle.

The All-Weather Championships consist of over 200 fixtures running from October through March, culminating in a spectacular finals day at Newcastle Racecourse. The championship offers more than £1 million in prize money on finals day alone, making it the richest all-weather racing day in Europe.

“We’re continuing to find new ways to elevate Midnite’s profile in the minds of sports fans, and racing is a sport where we know our product is strong and enjoyed by our players,” said Andrew Mook, head of brand marketing at Midnite.

“Our mission is to bring fans closer to the sports they love and this partnership gives us the perfect platform to do that across some of the best-loved racing venues in the UK.

“We’ve got a track record of engaging supporters through creative sponsorship activations, and racing fans can expect more of the same throughout the All-Weather Championship season – with plenty of fun ideas to help make every race day a little more memorable,” he concluded.

David Leyden Dunbar, ARC director of commercial strategy and partnerships, commented:

“As we get set for the 13th season of the All-Weather Championships, we’re pleased to welcome Midnite as an official partner. Their support of the Sprint, Middle Distance and Marathon categories will help us continue to grow the profile of the series and engage a wide audience of racing fans.

“Midnite has shown a strong commitment to connecting with sports audiences through creative campaigns, and we’re looking forward to working together throughout the season to bring fresh energy and new ideas to the Championships.”

Strategic move follows football partnerships

This racing partnership represents Midnite’s latest high-profile sponsorship deal in 2025, following agreements with Sheffield United and Southampton FC. The company signed as Southampton’s official training kit partner for the 2025/26 season, marking its first football club sponsorship.

“We’re excited to partner with Southampton for our first-ever football club sponsorship. At Midnite, our mission is to bring our players closer to the games they love, and this high-profile partnership marks the latest step in our brand awareness journey as we continue to grow,” Jonathan Shaw, Midnite’s Vice President of Growth, said regarding the Southampton deal earlier this year.

The operator was launched in 2018 by Nick Wright and Daniel Qu, who previously created daily fantasy sports platform Dribble in partnership with Sky Bet. The company operates as a fully licensed UK operator, focusing on providing a safe and responsible betting experience.

Championship attracts major betting operators

The All-Weather Championships have become an attractive proposition for betting operators seeking racing sponsorship opportunities. BetUK, part of LeoVegas Group, previously secured multi-year sponsorship rights to Marathon, Middle Distance, and Sprint races across the same four ARC-owned racetracks.

Arena Racing Company operates 16 racecourses across Great Britain, accounting for roughly two-fifths of overall British racing fixtures. The company pioneered the All-Weather Championships in 2013 to promote all-weather racing and encourage owners and trainers to maintain their horses’ condition during winter months.

The championships provide compelling racing narratives with ITV and Sky Racing broadcasting selected races throughout the season. The partnership positions Midnite to reach both racegoers and television audiences as it continues building brand awareness in the competitive UK betting market.

Last week, Midnite has announced a credit financing deal worth up to $100 million to fuel its expansion plans in the UK gaming market. The agreement, structured as a revolving credit facility, was provided by House Advantage Fund alongside Discerning Capital and PVX Capital.
