HIPTHER Baltics 2026 wraps three-city series with 430 delegates

HIPTHER has wrapped its debut three-city Baltic conference series, drawing a combined 430 participants across events in Vilnius, Riga and Tallinn between April and June 2026.
The HIPTHER Baltics 2026 series replaced the long-running MARE BALTICUM Gaming & TECH Summit format with a country-focused model, staging three dedicated one-day conferences in Baltic capitals across six weeks.
Three cities, three themes
The Vilnius event on 21 April centred on iGaming regulation and fintech integration. The Riga conference on 11 May addressed cross-border compliance and player protection. The Tallinn edition on 2 June explored digital governance and startup innovation with a Nordic focus.
Topics across the series included MiCA implementation, AML requirements, AI adoption in financial services, responsible gaming, fraud prevention, data protection, eIDAS 2.0 and digital identity. The Riga programme was structured around four pillars: gaming law and player protection, fintech and payments, AI and compliance, and growth and visibility.
The Tallinn event also hosted the gaming awards ceremony, recognising operators, suppliers, technology providers and industry figures from across the Baltic and Nordic regions.
Throughout all three events, delegates participated in workshops delivered via the HIPTHER Academy, the organiser’s educational platform offering professional development and industry certifications.
Looking to 2027

HIPTHER’s next event on the calendar is the Warsaw Summit, set for 27 and 28 October 2026, as the organiser continues an expansion roadmap stretching to 2030.
The conclusion of the Baltic series signals growing institutional interest in the region as a hub for regulated iGaming and fintech dialogue. With compliance and AI-driven supervision rising up the agenda at regulators across Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, demand for focused, market-specific forums is likely to increase ahead of any further regulatory tightening in 2027.
