HIPTHER has published the full agenda for HIPTHER Baltics & Nordics: Tallinn 2026, confirming the event as the closing stop of its expanded three-city Baltic conference series.

The one-day summit takes place on 2 June at Hilton Tallinn Park, bringing together regulators, operators, fintech founders, compliance leaders, and AI practitioners for a day of focused operational dialogue.

Programme overview

The agenda spans 16 sessions across two parallel stages, the Compliance & Operations Lab and the TechXperience Stage, alongside three practical HIPTHER Academy workshops. More than 40 speakers are scheduled from across the Baltics, Nordics, and wider European ecosystem.

Session topics include AML supervision and financial intelligence, digital identity infrastructure and eIDAS 2.0, AI-powered compliance automation, stablecoins and the Travel Rule, governance and board accountability, and cross-border startup scaling.

The programme also features a dedicated Finland regulatory update and keynote sessions examining CRM strategy under tightening Nordic regulation and behavioural science in regulated environments.

The three HIPTHER Academy workshops cover digital body language and executive communication, production-ready AI agents for regulated industries, and agentic AI workflows and orchestration systems.

Zoltán Tűndik, Co-Founder & Head of Business at HIPTHER, said:

“Tallinn has always represented something unique for us. Not only because HIPTHER OÜ proudly calls Estonia home, but because the Baltic-Nordic region continues to prove that practical innovation, digital governance, and entrepreneurial resilience can coexist without unnecessary complexity.

“With Tallinn 2026, we wanted to build more than another conference agenda. We wanted to create a room where operators, regulators, founders, compliance leaders, fintech innovators, and AI practitioners can have honest operational conversations about what comes next.”

Series context

Tallinn 2026 completes HIPTHER’s expanded Baltic format, which evolved from the long-running MARE BALTICUM Gaming & Tech Summit into a dedicated three-city series. The 2026 programme began in Vilnius on 21 April, focusing on iGaming regulation and fintech integration, before moving to Riga on 11 May for cross-border compliance and player protection.

The Tallinn edition also hosts the HIPTHER Baltic & Nordics Gaming Awards Ceremony, the grand finale of the full conference series. Pre-conference welcome drinks take place at the Olympic Park Casino on the evening of 1 June, with a morning yoga and networking session scheduled ahead of the main programme. The awards ceremony and closing party, sponsored by Amusnet, follow in the evening.

What to expect

For operators tracking regulatory convergence across AI, fintech, and iGaming, the Tallinn agenda offers a concentrated read on where Baltic-Nordic compliance and commercial strategy are heading into the second half of 2026. The integration of agentic AI and digital identity topics alongside AML and governance sessions reflects a broader shift in how regional events are framing the next compliance cycle.

HIPTHER has also opened 50 complimentary delegate passes for members of Eestistartup.ee, one of Estonia’s largest startup communities, as part of a community initiative tied to the Tallinn homecoming. Registration is open!
