High Roller Technologies (NYSE: ROLR) has launched ROLR’s free-to-trade prediction challenge and platform front end, an 8-week promotion ahead of its official prediction markets product launch, as the Las Vegas-based company moves to build a trader community before entering the regulated US market.

Challenge structure

The $25 Million ROLR Challenge, available at ROLR.com, runs for 8 weeks and is built around a weekly leaderboard. Traders climb the rankings based on the accuracy of their predictions, with top-ranked participants each week earning cash prizes and qualifying for a chance to win the $25 million grand prize.

Guaranteed prizes across the competition period include $1,000 Top Predictor awards each week, $5,000 Monthly Champion prizes, referral rewards, and cash giveaways of $15,000 and $50,000. Total guaranteed prizes exceed $100,000.

Cash prizes are open to eligible US residents who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, in participating states, and are void where prohibited.

No purchase is required to enter, and a free alternate method of entry is available. Full eligibility rules and a complete list of qualifying states are to be posted with the official rules.

Seth Young, Chief Executive Officer of High Roller Technologies, said:

“The ROLR Free-To-Trade Challenge marks a significant milestone for the Company as it unlocks our ability to commence pre-launch marketing efforts. We built this competition platform to give traders a first look at our new brand, and to offer an opportunity where skill, accuracy, and engagement may be rewarded.

“With a summer full of global sporting events and our regulated launch on the horizon, we see this as an excellent on-ramp to engage traders that will define the ROLR community.”

Brand and market context

The challenge serves as the first public product experience for the ROLR prediction markets brand, following High Roller’s April 2026 announcement of the ROLR.com domain. The brand name mirrors the company’s NYSE ticker symbol.

High Roller has an agreement with Crypto.com | Derivatives North America (CDNA) to support its planned US prediction markets product. CDNA is a CFTC-registered exchange. The platform will allow users to trade event contracts across sports, finance, and entertainment.

The contest launches as prediction market trading volumes expand rapidly. According to a third-party estimate cited by High Roller in its May 2026 business update, trading volumes grew nearly fourfold to $64 billion in 2025 and are on pace to exceed $325 billion in 2026.

High Roller also noted the timing coincides with a heavy summer sports calendar, including the FIFA World Cup, giving traders a broad slate of real-world outcomes to engage with.

Regulatory path ahead

High Roller has engaged a Big 4 consultancy to support the regulatory licensing process for its US prediction markets business. The company completed a $25 million registered direct offering in January 2026 as part of efforts to strengthen its balance sheet ahead of the planned launch.

With investors focused on commercial traction ahead of the regulated product launch, the free-to-trade challenge is framed explicitly as a pre-launch marketing tool to build consumer awareness.

The pivot to prediction markets follows a period of B2C market exits as the company refocused its strategy around the emerging US category.

For investors and operators watching the prediction markets space, the ROLR launch adds a publicly listed iGaming operator to a field of competitors already navigating licensing and market access across US states.
