Malta-headquartered games aggregator Games Valley has named Shaun Hart as its new Chief Financial Officer. The hire adds senior financial expertise to the executive team as the company pushes deeper into regulated markets.
A career across iGaming
Hart’s career spans more than two decades in financial leadership across a range of industries, with several senior iGaming roles along the way. He joins Games Valley from Bragg Gaming Group, where he held the position of Finance Director.
Earlier in his career, he was CFO at Pariplay, a role that transitioned into VP of Finance at Aristocrat Interactive once Aristocrat completed its acquisition of the business.
New role and remit
As CFO, Hart takes charge of Games Valley’s financial strategy. His remit also covers supporting the company’s commercial growth and shaping the operational groundwork needed to sustain expansion across regulated markets.
Ariel Reem, CEO at Games Valley, said:
“Shaun brings exactly the kind of experience we need as Games Valley enters its next stage of growth. He has worked at some of the most respected companies in the sector and understands what it takes to scale an iGaming business in a structured, sustainable way. His appointment is another important step in building a company that can support operators and suppliers at scale across regulated markets.”
Shaun Hart, CFO at Games Valley, added:
“Games Valley has a clear vision for where aggregation is heading, and I am excited to be joining at such an important moment for the business. What attracted me was the combination of ambitious leadership, innovative technology and a clear focus on long-term value creation. I look forward to helping the business scale efficiently, strengthen its financial operations and support the next phase of its growth.”
Leadership team expands
Hart’s appointment is the latest in a series of senior hires at Games Valley over recent months, as the company builds out its executive bench.
Tereza Melicharkova joined the company as Marketing Director in May, bringing prior marketing leadership experience from Elantil, Glitnor Group, Swintt and Relax Gaming.
Ariel Reem joined as CEO in December 2025. Rob Dowling came on board as Advisory Chief Strategy Officer in February 2026.
With its executive bench now filled out across finance, marketing and strategy, Games Valley appears positioned to pursue faster supplier integrations and a broader regulated-market footprint.
For operators evaluating aggregation partners, the strengthened leadership could signal more disciplined financial oversight as the company scales its supplier network and rolls out its performance-tracking tools.
