FIRST.bet has launched UltraCup, a World Cup-focused sportsbook engine designed to give operators a single, integrated destination for the entire tournament.

The product covers every stage from the opening group matches through to the final, built around what the company describes as a continuous peak with no mid-tournament recovery window.

The launch comes as the 2026 FIFA World Cup gets underway across the United States, Mexico and Canada, the largest edition of the competition to date, featuring 48 teams and 104 matches.

What UltraCup offers

At the core of the product is a dedicated tournament hub that mirrors how fans follow the competition. Live group standings, knockout bracket navigation from the round of 32 to the final, and dynamic outright markets such as Champion and Top Scorer are all consolidated in one place. Odds update dynamically as the tournament progresses.

UltraCup also introduces Blind Bets, which allow players to wager on future World Cup matchups before the final pairings have been confirmed. The mechanic converts tournament progression into a betting feature, generating repeat engagement at each stage of the draw rather than limiting activity to confirmed fixtures.

The product also includes Auto Boost Builder, which applies automatic odds boosts to qualifying Bet Builders inside the bet slip. Operators can configure boost tiers by sport, tournament, league or customer segment, and enable or disable controls instantly. Boosts can be set at any percentage.

Tom Light, Founder and CEO of FIRST.bet, said:

“The World Cup is the one moment when every football fan is watching, betting and hunting for somewhere to follow it all – and most sportsbooks lose that player to a dozen rival apps.

“UltraCup keeps the entire tournament in one place: live standings, knockout brackets, Outrights, automatic boosts and Blind Bets on matchups that haven’t even been drawn yet. Operators capture that attention from the opening whistle and hold it all the way to the final.”

Conversion tools

A Welcome Bonus Boost feature enables operators to create boosted odds promotions exclusively for new customers who have not yet placed a bet. The tool targets the first-bet moment, designed to convert new registrations into active players during the tournament.

FIRST.bet says the UltraCup framework is built to extend beyond the World Cup. The company intends to roll out the same tournament journey model across major league and other tournament formats in football and additional sports, positioning it as a reusable engagement engine for high-calendar moments.

The company powers 75+ operators globally across LatAm, Europe and Africa, and holds licences from the Malta Gaming Authority and the Swedish Gambling Authority.

FIRST.bet is GLI-33 certified and ISO-audited, and was named Sportsbook Supplier of the Year at both the SBC Awards 2025 and the EGR LatAm Awards 2025.

What’s next for operators

With the World Cup generating more global betting volume than any other football event, the UltraCup launch shows how important it is for top B2B suppliers to provide tournament-specific player retention products.

Tools that unify standings data, bracket navigation and promotional mechanics into a single experience are increasingly positioned as must-haves for operators in regulated LatAm and European markets ahead of the knockout stages.
