Betable unveils AI data layer built by operators at SBC Summit
Most iGaming platforms hand operators more data than they know what to do with. Fewer hand them an answer.
That gap is the starting point for Betable Copilot ATOM, the AI layer the company has built into its platform to let operators ask plain questions, why GGR dipped in a market, where a payment issue is coming from, and get a direct answer pulled from live data, rather than a dashboard to interpret themselves. The logic extends beyond reporting. Betable’s platform, player accounts, payments, casino and sportsbook, sits on a single stack and a single player record, and the company is positioning that consistency as the foundation Copilot needs to give useful answers across markets rather than isolated ones.
That does not mean one flattened product wherever it runs. Betable’s model is closer to configuration than duplication: local payment methods, languages and regulatory requirements are set per market on the same core platform, rather than being rebuilt from scratch each time an operator enters a new one.
“Localisation isn’t an afterthought bolted onto a generic product,” Shannon says.
“It’s a configuration on a platform that already works. That’s what lets us add a market without adding a rebuild.”
