The AffPapa Conference Madrid 2026 opened on 18 May, bringing together more than 1,500 affiliates, operators, and B2B providers for the largest edition of the event to date.

Running across three days, the programme includes panels, workshops, networking sessions, and side events designed to connect affiliate marketing professionals with operators across the industry.

Pre-conference programme

The opening day featured a full schedule of side events across Madrid. The day began with a morning Running Club, powered by Hybrid Interaction and organised in collaboration with The Walking Spread. Guided by Shahar Attias, the run started at Novotel Madrid Center and ended at Religion Coffee Shop.

A padel tournament, powered by Bazoom, followed later in the day. The sport has grown in popularity within iGaming networking circles in recent years. A Bernábeu stadium tour, powered by JoinAff, offered attendees behind-the-scenes access to VIP areas, the players’ tunnel, locker rooms, and the Real Madrid Museum.

The first day concluded with an Opening Networking Event at Teatro Magno Club, gathering attendees ahead of the main conference schedule.

Panels, booths, awards

The conference programme covers panels on affiliate marketing trends, operator partnerships, regulations, market developments, and emerging topics including blockchain and crypto. An AI workshop focused on automation and operational efficiency is also part of the agenda.

Exhibition space features a new customisable booth option for 2026, allowing exhibitors to either select a standard AffPapa-designed booth or create a fully branded space of their own. The attendee composition is set at 40% affiliates, 40% operators, and 20% B2B providers.

Speed-dating sessions with one-minute rotations facilitate introductions between affiliates and operators throughout the two main conference days. The second conference day also featured an exclusive networking party hosted by iGaming Club at La Reserva Club.

Levon Nikoghosyan, Founder and CEO at AffPapa, said:

“Madrid allows us to elevate the conference and deliver even greater value to our community. AffPapa Conference Madrid isn’t only a bigger edition: it’s a smart, affiliate-focused experience that will give our community the tools, insights, and connections they need to grow.”

The event wraps up this evening with the AffPapa iGaming Awards 2026 at the Real Casino de Madrid, themed around “The Test of Time” and featuring four newly introduced award categories. A closing party with international EDM artist Kryoman follows.

Among confirmed sponsors, Amusnet and IZIPARTNERS are serving as Signature Sponsors for the 2026 edition. The event marks a move up from two previous editions held in Málaga, with the shift to the Spanish capital reflecting the conference’s growing scale.

What comes next

The Madrid conference shows the continued demand for dedicated affiliate-operator networking formats within the European iGaming calendar. AffPapa’s platform currently features more than 2,300 affiliates and over 300 operators.

With the next edition already announced for Cancún later in 2026, the series looks set to expand its international footprint further, presenting new partnership opportunities across both European and Latin American markets.
