Swiss Casinos debuts ReelLink technology to bring online games to casino floors

Swiss Casinos has introduced ReelLink, a technology platform that enables land-based casinos to deploy certified online gaming content on physical slot machines.

The Switzerland-based operator announced on 8 January that ReelLink allows casinos to access premium iGaming content on existing machines whilst maintaining full compliance with land-based gaming regulations. The system integrates directly with casino management systems for player tracking, accounting and compliance protocols.

Technology certified for regulated markets

ReelLink received certification from BMM Testlabs for secure, compliant land-based operation and system integrity. The platform is approved and live on the casino floor in Switzerland, meeting what Swiss Casinos describes as some of the highest regulatory standards globally.

Swiss Casinos Technology AG, the company behind ReelLink, holds ISO 27001 certification for information security and ISO 14001 certification for environmental management. The certifications underpin the platform’s security and operational integrity claims.

The technology plugs into any casino management system, supporting standard peripherals including LEDs, bill validators and ticket-in-ticket-out systems. Operators access real-time logs, performance data and system status through a casino portal, with the ability to update content per cabinet instantly.

Floor staff can access diagnostics directly at machines via a technician menu, with all activities automatically recorded for traceability. This software-driven approach aims to deliver iGaming speed and flexibility whilst preserving traditional casino floor security, compliance and economics.
