Sportradar Group AG has successfully completed its acquisition of IMG ARENA and its global sports betting rights portfolio from Endeavor Group Holdings and OB Global Holdings.
Announced on November 3, 2025, this deal significantly expands Sportradar’s access to premium sports content across 14 global sports, strengthening its position as a leading provider in the international sports betting market.
The acquired portfolio includes strategic partnerships with more than 70 rights holders, delivering about 38,000 official data events and 29,000 streaming events annually. Sportradar now covers over one million matches each year globally. This acquisition enhances Sportradar’s content distribution capabilities and supports further product development.
Financial terms and strategic impact
No immediate financial payment was required from Sportradar. Instead, the transaction includes $225 million in total consideration directed to Sportradar and selected sports rights holders.
Sportradar will receive approximately $103 million, paid over two years, and the seller will prepay about $122 million to certain rights holders. The company anticipates the deal will improve adjusted EBITDA margins and free cash flow conversion while accelerating growth in revenue and cash flow.
