CFTC-compliant prediction contracts
Polymarket is preparing for its anticipated re-entry into the U.S. market, and this partnership supports its goal to make prediction markets accessible and trusted globally.
PrizePicks recently became the first and only sports entertainment operator registered as a Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) by the National Futures Association (NFA).
This registration allows PrizePicks to offer Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC)-permitted derivatives contracts through federally regulated exchanges like Polymarket, ensuring a secure and legally compliant environment for customers.
