Light & Wonder, the global gaming company, has confirmed it will finalise its transition to a sole primary listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) by November 14, 2025.

This follows the company’s plan to delist its common stock from the Nasdaq Stock Market, with trading on Nasdaq expected to be suspended after the close on November 12 and the delisting taking effect before the Nasdaq opens on November 13, 2025.

The decision to consolidate trading on the ASX reflects Light & Wonder’s strategic focus on aligning its capital markets presence with its long-term growth plans and shareholder base. The ASX offers a deep and liquid market with a strong understanding of the gaming sector, making it a natural home for the company’s shares.

Following the delisting from Nasdaq, Light & Wonder shares will no longer be tradable on that exchange. Instead, trading will occur solely on the ASX via CHESS Depositary Interests (CDIs), which represent beneficial ownership of the underlying shares.

Shareholders wishing to trade after the transition must convert their Nasdaq-listed shares into CDIs, a process that typically takes two business days to complete.

The company has been working closely with both Nasdaq and the ASX to ensure a smooth transition. The shift from an ASX Foreign Exempt Listing to an ASX Standard Listing remains subject to ASX waivers and the confirmation of several conditions.

All timeline specifics and shareholder guidance have been officially confirmed by Light & Wonder through press releases and regulatory filings related to the Nasdaq delisting and ASX sole listing transition.
