Konami slots make debut in Brazil through Betano partnership

Konami Gaming has launched its casino slots in Brazil for the first time, partnering with Kaizen Gaming’s Betano platform to enter the country’s newly regulated online gaming market.

Brazilian players can now access iconic Konami slot games including China Shores, Fortune Mint, All Aboard Piggy Pennies, Cobra Hearts and African Diamond.

The launch marks a significant milestone for both companies as Brazil opened its market to regulated online casino games on 1 January 2025, implementing comprehensive rules and licensing requirements for legal online betting.

The new regulatory framework has already generated substantial interest, with the Brazilian government issuing 68 licences for online gaming and sports betting operators.

Betano secured the distinction of being the first online gaming operator in Brazil to receive an online betting licence under the new regulated framework. The platform now attracts millions of users daily across the country, establishing itself as Brazil’s leading online betting and gaming destination.
