INTRALOT posts steady H1 EBITDA and strong cash flow in 2025
• Revenues rise 1.7% year-on-year to €168m in the first half of 2025
• EBITDA reaches €60.2m, with operating cash flow up €27.2m to €72.2m
• Bally’s €2.7bn deal and U.S. contracts strengthen growth outlook
INTRALOT SA has reported stable earnings and higher cash flow for the six months to 30 June 2025, while moving forward with major strategic deals in the U.S. and global markets.
The Athens-based gaming solutions group announced revenues of €168m, up 1.7% year-on-year, and EBITDA of €60.2m, a 1.2% increase compared with the same period in 2024.
Net income after tax and minority interest was marginally negative at €-0.1m, while earnings before tax reached €9.8m. Operating cash flow stood out, surging to €72.2m, an increase of €27.2m from last year. Group capital expenditure was €14.2m.
At the end of June, INTRALOT reported group cash of €97.3m, including restricted cash linked to loan obligations. Adjusted net debt fell to €303m, down €52.7m since December 2024, while its adjusted net leverage ratio improved to 2.3 times from 2.7 times.
The company highlighted its July announcement of a €2.7bn agreement to acquire Bally’s International Interactive business, expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025.
INTRALOT said the deal “will unlock new growth opportunities globally and will mark a transformative step for both companies, combining INTRALOT’s lottery expertise with Bally’s advanced gaming and data technology to drive innovation and growth across the gaming industry.”
The group also underlined progress in the U.S. market. On 26 June, its subsidiary INTRALOT, Inc. extended its partnership with the Idaho Lottery through a new 10-year contract beginning in September 2027.
A video lottery terminal monitoring project was launched in Nebraska on 15 July.
On 28 August, INTRALOT announced a seven-year contract with the Montana Lottery to provide a next-generation operating system, continuing nearly two decades of collaboration.
