The 2026 Gaming in Holland Conference has confirmed its full speaker lineup ahead of its June event in Amsterdam, with representatives from the Netherlands Gambling Authority, major operators, and legal and compliance specialists all set to participate.
The annual conference, organised by Gaming in Holland — the largest B2B platform for the Dutch gambling market with over 3,000 members — will take place on 4 June at the KIT Royal Tropical Institute. Registration is now open.
Who is speaking
Twelve speakers have been confirmed for the main programme. Regulatory representation comes from the Netherlands Gambling Authority (KSA), with Ella Seijsener, Director Licensing and Supervision, and Floor van Bakkum, Team Manager Player Protection, both confirmed to appear.
On the operator side, Arjan Blok, CEO of Nederlandse Loterij, and Petra de Ruiter, CEO of Holland Casino, are among the confirmed names.
They are joined by Björn Fuchs, Chair of VNLOK; Josh Hodgson, COO of H2 Gambling Capital; Robin Bleichrodt, Managing Director of FGS Global; Leo Judkins, Founder of The iGaming Mastermind; Maarten Wessels, Global Head of Commercial Growth at Adyen; Dr. Andreas Ditsche, CEO of iGaming.com; Richard Dennys, Owner of Free Spirit Partners; and Frank Tolboom, Partner at Franssen Tolboom Advocaten.
Willem van Oort, Founder of Gaming in Holland, said:
“I am extremely pleased with this year’s speaker lineup. As always, the Netherlands Gambling Authority will provide an update on the latest regulatory developments. Leading operators are well represented, too.”
“If you want to know what’s happening in the Dutch gambling market, there is no better place to be. If you attend our event, you will meet the decision makers. In my opinion, that’s what it’s all about.”
Breakout sessions
Alongside the main stage, the conference will host two specialist breakout sessions. Legal firm Franssen Tolboom Advocaten will lead a session on relicensing, offering practical guidance for operators navigating the renewal process.
Compliance consultancy Chevron Consultants will address the legal challenges and implications of the incoming AMLR/AMLA framework.
The breakout format reflects a broader conference agenda that also covers market growth, M&A, player protection, and political developments in the Dutch market.
Illegal market in focus
The 2026 edition places particular emphasis on the regulated industry’s role in combating illegal operators, aligned with Gaming in Europe’s current campaign under the tagline #ReclaimTheMarket.
The Dutch illegal gambling market overtook the regulated sector in revenue terms for the first time in the first half of 2025, according to KSA data, making the topic a pressing priority for all stakeholders.
With Dutch licensing renewals on the horizon and the KSA continuing to tighten enforcement, the conference arrives at a critical juncture for operators active in the Netherlands. The combination of regulator access, legal expertise, and operator representation makes the event a key fixture for those managing Dutch market strategy.
