  • Expanse Studios, a subsidiary of Meridian Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: MRDN), has struck a content deal with Stake.
  • Distribution runs through the Hub88 aggregation infrastructure across Stake’s global platforms.
  • Three flagship titles are included: Super Heli, Wild Icy Fruits, and VASO Psycho.

Meridian Holdings Inc.’s B2B content arm, Expanse Studios, has partnered with Stake to distribute its proprietary gaming titles across Stake’s international platforms.

Announced March 13, 2026, the deal routes content through the Hub88 aggregation layer, granting Stake’s player base access to Expanse’s top-performing catalogue.

Hub88 as a gateway

The integration bypasses the need for direct operator-by-operator deployment. Hub88’s aggregation infrastructure connects Expanse’s titles to Stake’s ecosystem in a single pipeline, a model that has become standard for studios seeking rapid international scale.

The titles going live span three formats. Super Heli is the studio’s flagship crash game, carrying a 97% RTP. Wild Icy Fruits is a high-speed slot, and VASO Psycho is a celebrity-branded slot featuring a 10,000x multiplier.

The selection reflects a deliberate mix of mechanics, covering crash, slots, and branded content under a single deployment.

Damjan Stamenkovic, CEO of Expanse Studios, said:

“Stake is a premier brand in global gaming. This partnership extends our reach through the Hub88 network to serve Stake’s international player base and scales our global B2B distribution.”

Expanse’s B2B footprint

The Stake deal adds to a distribution network that already spans more than 1,300 B2B operator partnerships globally.

Expanse’s portfolio runs to over 70 proprietary titles across slots, crash games, video poker, and gamified formats, with the studio operating across North America, Europe, Latin America, Africa, and Asia.

The studio’s parent, Meridian Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: MRDN), formerly known as Golden Matrix Group, is a Las Vegas-based gaming technology company. Its B2B division covers both Expanse Studios and GMAG, with a B2C arm running Meridianbet Group, RKings Competitions, Mexplay, and Classics for a Cause across multiple regulated markets.

Expanse had already joined the Hub88 platform in a separate agreement confirmed in September 2025, when Hub88 integrated the studio’s slots, crash games, and video poker titles for its wider operator network. The Stake partnership now represents a named-operator deployment within that existing aggregator relationship.

Meridian’s broader momentum

The Expanse-Stake deal arrives during an active period of corporate activity for the wider Meridian Holdings group.

The parent company rebranded from Golden Matrix Group to Meridian Holdings Inc. on March 3, 2026, adopting the MRDN ticker on Nasdaq alongside a 1-for-12 reverse stock split. The rebrand aligned the corporate identity with Meridianbet, its most recognised consumer-facing brand.

On the B2C side, Meridianbet has been consolidating its position in regulated European markets. In late January 2026, the group completed its acquisition of Fairbet in Malta, bringing its total retail footprint in the jurisdiction to 20 stores.

The deal gave Meridianbet control of two of Malta’s three retail betting licences, a market where the Malta Gaming Authority’s strict entry barriers make additional licensing effectively closed.
