Evoplay has promoted Diana Larina to Chief Marketing Officer, marking the latest in a series of senior leadership appointments at the game development studio as it pursues global growth.
Four roles in four years
Larina joined Evoplay in 2022 as Head of B2B Marketing before being promoted to Head of Growth Marketing in 2023. In November 2024, she was appointed Head of Marketing, a role she held until her elevation to CMO.
During her tenure, she has led high-profile campaigns and cross-functional initiatives aimed at expanding the studio’s global profile. She also played a central role in steering Evoplay toward a more player-focused marketing approach, helping to develop strategies designed to deepen engagement at the B2C level.
Her work has attracted recognition across the industry. Award nominations include Woman Leader of the Year at the AffPapa iGaming Awards, Young Changemaker at the Casino Guru Awards, Marketing Star of the Year at the G Gate Awards, and Young Leader of the Year at the WIG Diversity Awards. She has also featured on the Top 50 Masters of iGaming Marketing list.
New remit
In her new role, Larina will continue overseeing Evoplay’s brand, performance and product marketing teams. Her primary focus will be on driving growth strategy and strengthening the studio’s market positioning across key regions.
Diana Larina, CMO at Evoplay, said:
“I’m incredibly proud of what the marketing team has achieved at Evoplay and I’m excited about what comes next. This promotion is a reflection of the hard work of everyone around me, and I look forward to continuing to push boundaries, build the brand and drive growth as we expand our presence across global markets.”
Ivan Kravchuk, CEO at Evoplay, said:
“From the moment Diana joined us, she demonstrated exceptional drive, leadership and ambition. Her journey through the company is a testament to both her talent and dedication, and this promotion to CMO is incredibly well deserved. Diana has consistently delivered impactful results while inspiring those around her, and I’m confident she will continue to play a key role in shaping Evoplay’s future.”
Leadership momentum
The appointment adds to a run of executive moves at Evoplay in recent months. The studio named Vasilena Mantsiou as Chief Financial Officer in December 2024, and hired Ashley McCulloch as Vice President North America in March 2026 to lead its US and Canadian expansion.
With a CMO now in place alongside a recently reinforced C-suite, Evoplay appears to be building the organisational infrastructure to support its international ambitions. For partners and operators, the appointments signal a studio increasingly oriented toward commercial and strategic growth at scale.
