- New Quacca Bar feature enables customers to build bets without leaving the app, with over 60% of bets now placed via this tool
Entain has unveiled a series of advanced sportsbook features and enhancements across its key markets in the UK, US and Brazil as part of an accelerated product innovation strategy.
The global betting operator announced the rollout on 16 September, introducing faster withdrawals, enhanced betting tools and localised features designed to improve customer engagement.
The company has achieved significant performance improvements, with site and app functionality enhanced to deliver a more seamless experience. Most notably, 90% of customer withdrawals are now processed within one minute, representing a substantial reduction in transaction times.
Entain’s proprietary Football BetBuilder technology has demonstrated strong market performance, driving an 80% increase in pre-match turnover and doubling its share of total turnover to 12% in markets where it operates. The launch of In-Play BetBuilder now allows customers to construct bets during live games, supported by real-time data tracking powered by Opta.
In the US market, BetMGM has introduced live same-game parlays for MLB and NFL through a partnership with Angstrom, with NBA coverage planned to follow. The platform has also launched Live Player Props, real-time bet tracking on Apple devices, in-app research tools and cash-out functionality during games.
“Our Sportsbook product has never been stronger. We’ve closed the gap and are now pivoting from catching up to going beyond,” said Satty Bhens, Chief Technology Officer at Entain.
“From live single-game parlays in the US to in-play BetBuilders in Europe and Brazil, we’re upgrading player experiences whilst modernising our trading back office. This is just the beginning of what we can achieve as we continue to lead the industry in product innovation”.
The UK market has seen the introduction of the Quacca Bar feature for Ladbrokes and Coral customers, enabling users to build, edit and place multiples and BetBuilder bets without leaving the app. The tool has achieved rapid adoption, with over 60% of bets now placed via the Quacca Bar.
Brazilian customers have gained access to Fantasy Markets, AccaBoost and in-play football BetBuilder functionality. The market has also received Stats Pro, an integrated statistics hub providing deeper insights including expected goals (xG) data and live tracking to show bet progression.
Entain continues its gaming expansion strategy, releasing 150 new games monthly with 20% available as early-access or exclusive titles. The company’s rewards system has reached a milestone of 40 million coins redeemed to date.
The technology enhancements are supported by Entain’s investment in its core technology stack, which powers brands across multiple markets including the UK, BetMGM in the US, Brazil, Austria, Spain, Greece and Canada. The platform is built around four pillars: sports, gaming, marketing and player account management.
These developments come as Entain reported strong first-half results for 2025, with total group net gaming revenue up 7% on a reported basis. The company has raised its full-year EBITDA guidance to between £1.1 billion and £1.15 billion following the positive performance.
