Codere Online CFO Oscar Iglesias to step down and join board

• Search for a new CFO underway with focus on ensuring a smooth transition.
Codere Online has announced that Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Oscar Iglesias will step down from his role for personal reasons, effective no later than 31 December 2025.
The company said Iglesias will transition to the board of directors, subject to shareholder approval.
Iglesias has been with Codere Online since 2021 and played a key role in its growth, including leading the company’s 2021 public listing through a merger with DD3 Acquisition Corp. II.
Before joining the online gaming operator, he spent six years at parent company Codere Group in senior finance and corporate development roles.
“We are grateful to Oscar for his leadership and dedication over the past decade,” said Gonzaga Higuero, Chairman of the Board. “He has been a trusted partner and a driving force behind our journey from a private company to a Nasdaq-listed organization. We are pleased that he will remain closely involved with the Company as a member of our Board.”
Oscar Iglesias commented:

While I have made the personal decision to move on from a day-to-day role in the Company, I look forward to continue supporting Codere Online as both a Board member and shareholder of the Company.”
Codere Online confirmed that it has begun the search for a new CFO and aims to complete the transition in an orderly manner.
