Sydney-based Aristocrat Leisure Limited has revealed today that it has agreed to acquire Awager for an undisclosed sum. The transaction is subject to regulatory pre-approvals and is expected to be completed in the coming months.

Awager is a leading supplier in the rapidly growing and regulated live slot streaming sector. It offers gaming operators a new digital channel to engage and entertain players. Its platform delivers genuine, real-time casino gameplay by leveraging a portfolio of third-party content. Headquartered in Israel, Awager employs approximately 75 people across Israel, Eastern Europe, and the United States. The acquisition is designed to bolster Aristocrat’s capabilities in live slot streaming and aligns with its broader strategy of expanding premium content and distribution networks.

The company employs over 7,300 people and aims to “bring joy to life through the power of play.”

Financial advisors for the transaction include UBS for Aristocrat and Moelis & Company LLC representing Oaktree, according to the official IR release.
