Jurnii, a digital experience agency specialising in AI-driven insights for the iGaming sector, has appointed industry veteran Karolina Pelc as investor and strategic advisor. The move strengthens the company’s leadership as it prepares for its next growth phase.

Pelc brings more than two decades of gaming and digital entertainment expertise to Jurnii, having held senior positions at Betsson Group, William Hill Online, and LeoVegas (now MGM). She founded BeyondPlay, which FanDuel acquired in 2024, establishing her reputation as a leading innovator in the sector.

Strategic appointment supports scaling ambitions

The appointment positions Jurnii to accelerate its product development and market expansion plans. The company provides iGaming operators with proprietary AI solutions that automate competitor tracking and auditing processes, enabling faster pricing and positioning decisions.

“To have Karolina on board is a huge win,” said Fraser Dunk, CEO and Founder of Jurnii.

“The next phase of Jurnii is about scaling, expanding our product suite, and entering new markets. Karolina’s expertise will be pivotal in shaping our corporate and commercial strategy and in supporting our fundraising efforts as we grow.”

Pelc’s role encompasses both investment and strategic guidance, with particular focus on corporate strategy, commercial development, and capital raising activities. Her experience building and exiting BeyondPlay provides relevant insights for Jurnii’s growth trajectory in the competitive intelligence technology space.

Addressing operational efficiency challenges

Jurnii’s platform addresses a specific operational challenge faced by iGaming operators: the time-intensive nature of manual competitor monitoring and market analysis. The company’s AI-driven tools automate these processes, allowing operators to respond more quickly to market changes.

“After closely watching Jurnii’s progress, I’m excited to step in formally,” Pelc said.

“The team has solved real problems: operators spend hours every day manually auditing and tracking competitor activity. Jurnii’s suite of AI solutions allows them to do this automatically and almost instantly, so they can re-price or reposition faster to win market share. That makes a significant difference in iGaming.”

The platform delivers intelligence on player behaviour, product performance, and competitive positioning through automated analysis. This enables operators to optimise their front-end experience and make data-informed decisions on pricing and market positioning.

Market positioning and expansion plans

Jurnii positions itself as a diagnostic tool for iGaming teams seeking to enhance their digital offerings. The company’s proprietary technology analyses competitor activity and market trends, providing operators with actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

The digital experience agency operates in an increasingly competitive market where operators require sophisticated tools to maintain market share. Real-time competitor intelligence has become essential for operators managing multiple markets and responding to rapid regulatory and competitive changes.

Pelc’s appointment comes as Jurnii prepares to expand its product suite and enter new markets. The company’s fundraising efforts will support this expansion, with Pelc’s experience in securing investment and building scalable businesses expected to inform the capital raising strategy.

The addition of an investor-advisor with Pelc’s track record signals Jurnii’s ambitions to scale its operations and client base. Her network across the iGaming sector and understanding of operator needs will likely influence the company’s product development roadmap and market approach.
