Bombay Group strengthens its executive leadership with the appointment of Rhiannon Bach as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Lauren Findlay as Chief Digital Officer (CDO). The moves come as the company accelerates its expansion into regulated online gaming jurisdictions.

Bach and Findlay join a leadership team that includes CEO Kevin McGowen, who took the helm in February 2025. Their roles will be pivotal in shaping brand positioning and digital innovation.

The group operates the Bombay Club in Tallinn, the exclusive Bombay Yacht and Jet, a collection of high-end restaurants and bars, the five-star Burman Hotel, and Yolo.com, a newly licensed, Estonian-regulated online casino. The Group is owned by Tim Heath, who recently announced the company’s clear pivot towards regulated markets.

Strategic leadership

Rhiannon Bach, Bombay’s new CMO, brings over 15 years of marketing experience in the hospitality and gaming sector. She previously held senior roles at Live! Casino Maryland, Casino Canberra, Sands China, and Caesars Entertainment Corporation.

The newly appointed CDO, Lauren Findlay, has a strong background in digital transformation, marketing, and strategy. She formerly served as Commercial Strategy Director at LeoVegas Group and Chief Marketing Officer within Happy Hour Group.

“We are delighted to welcome Rhiannon and Lauren to the executive leadership team,” said Kevin McGowen, Chief Executive of Bombay Group.

“The combined and extensive international backgrounds of both individuals and proven track record make these executive appointments exceptionally well-suited to lead Bombay’s digital and marketing strategies as we continue to expand globally.”

Focus on regulated markets

The new hires underscore a clear pivot toward compliance and sustainability. With increasing regulatory scrutiny in key markets, Bombay is aligning its operations with strict licensing requirements. This includes adherence to anti-money laundering protocols and responsible gambling standards.
