Enhanced requirements: responsible gambling measures, higher financial stability standards, AML compliance, player protection, transparent reporting. All applications via online CGA portal; processing typically 3-4 months.
Geographic restrictions: Cannot serve USA, UK, Netherlands, Germany, Australia, Curaçao itself, or FATF-blacklisted jurisdictions.
Transition deadline: All legacy master licenses must convert to LOK framework by end of 2026; sub-licenses invalidated.
